Only four-month into the first reported Coronavirus case in Wuhan china, Microsoft cofounder and alleged philanthropist, Bill Gates, is contemplating to launch human-implantable capsules encompassing digital certificates. The implantable nanotechnology device also referred to as the ‘QUANTUM-DOT TATTOO,’ is currently being tested at MIT and Rice University. The device will supposedly provide the means to hold GPS trackable vaccination records enabling researchers to track individuals who have been confirmed and vaccinated against COVID-19.
